Richard Chard, director and founder of BlueTube scaffolding Ltd previously sole traded for 20 years.
BlueTube scaffolding Ltd in its new form founded on the 1st of May 2023, looking at the evolution of BlueTube scaffolding Ltd explains much of the philosophy behind the success of the business today. Everything we do is aimed at providing the best service possible.
Our Objective… To make the business the best provider of scaffolding in all regions of Wales and surrounding areas.
Our Background
Richard comes from a scaffolding background, whose family have been in the scaffolding business for over 50 years, he has spent 26 of those years in the industry working as a scaffolder and 18 of those years running the business himself. He holds a valid CISRS scaffolding gold card. His managerial experience is impeccable as he knows exactly how to do all aspects of the job. A popular saying of his is “Team environment is a must” without this he doesn’t believe the company would be where it is today. Richard is hands on with all aspects of scaffolding and never hesitates to get his boots and hard hat on to get involved! He is always on hand to meet with customers personally to discuss their needs. Richard also has an “open door” policy for all staff, everyone is treated just like family here at BlueTube.

It doesn’t matter how many visions a management team produces, if the scaffolders aren’t capable, they will never provide a reliable high-quality service.
BlueTube scaffolding Ltd uses directly employed, fully qualified employees. Knowledge and experience of scaffolding & access solutions is at the heart of everything we do. We have a highly qualified workforce, our team are CSCS (CISRS) certified cardholders and are fully trained in all aspects of Health & Safety.
Our staff are competent and reliable and possess all the key attributes needed to get the job done effectively and efficiently, following our SKATE acronym.

The director is also an experienced and trained scaffolder and has the correct and precise knowledge of how to do the work, to ensure that it can be delivered on time, on budget without incident.
